INTRODUCTION TO FRANCHISE OFFICE OF CANADA YOUWIN HEALTH ENTERPRISES LTD.

Requests to Franchise Office from Headquarter

I. Objectives

Medical Clinic:Preventive medicine; heath care; drug testing as well as its side-effects; drugs, supplements and food selection; healthy cooking.

Franchise Eligibility
1. Have sufficient funds to open the franchise office
2. Have certain and basic knowledge of medicine and nutrition. Have high interest and intention to engage in health services.
3. Commit to collaborative development. Willing to accept the unified guidance and evaluation from headquarter.
4. Prepare or develop the business location.
5. Have certain ability to operate the business.
6. Have confidence and ability to run business.
7. Have will and determination to obey and accept requirements of franchise systems;.Approve the terms of cooperation and agreement.
8. Have good communication skills, moral qualities, and positive service attitude.

II. Franchise Period

Franchise contracts renew once every 5 years. When renewing, headquarter will re-evaluate franchise stores. The new contract and certificate will be issued and authorized after approval. If, after 5 years, both headquarter and franchise stores agree not to renew the contact and franchise stores ensure not to operate any business with headquarter, both sides will terminate all contacts.

III. Franchise Fees

Divided into joining fees and management fees
1. Joining fees:is an one-time payment to Headquarter. This includes authorized fees, geographical operating fees, a set of instruments and equipment, a period of 140 hours of training, a full range of business franchise guide, and samples of advertisements from headquarter.
2. Management fees:A fixed monthly charge to franchisee from headquarter.Management fees start from the day of the operation of franchising, for ensuring the operation of professional equipment (both software and hardware features), along with the technological development of equipments and upgrades, and life-long maintenance and repair services. It also includes the free advisory services in terms of questions about clinical application and various technical issues.

IV. Business Location

1. Be far from high-tension lines, power stations, the launch pad, and anywhere that have high electromagnetic interference.
2. Adequate service area. Testing room should be between 20 to 40 meter squares, allowing the space that fit 2 to 3 people.
3. Able to control temperature and humidity. The preferable temperature in the testing room should be between 22°C±5°C; the preferable humidity should be between 40%-60%. Quietness, cleanness, and brightness along with fresh air and with washbasin are required.
4. Convenient transportation; easy parking.
5. Office should have certain advertising effect.
 

Procedure

1. The interested party should consult with the sales representative of headquarter.
2. The interested party should provide the written application.
3. The interested party should fill out the application form.
4. Ensure the office location, and submit the plane size map.

VI. Market Evaluation

1. Research and evaluate the local market.
2. Response to applicants (need 3 to 5 business days).
3. Based on evaluation results, the qualified party will be confirmed to become the franchisee. The franchisee must pay Joining Fees to headquarter within 7 business days after signing the contract.
4. After paying Joining Fees, the franchised party will get:
5. One piece of equipment and a full set of annexes.
6. A full set of management software for equipment.
7. Information for equipment product.
8. List of professional testing service.
9. Develop the working schedule according to the opening time.

VII. Licensing and Business Preparation

1. Start to follow the training schedule.
2. Apply for a license and prepare for the procedure of banking, taxation, transportation, electricity, water supply, environment, etc.
3. Office advertising design and production.
4. Office hydro, power, gas, sewerage, lighting, design and renovation.
5. Office staffing and arrangements.
6. Submit the local media and advertising proposal(including advertising investment plans, methods, and media etc.)to headquarter. Headquarter will provide the rational suggestions.
7. Design and prepare the company and staff handbook, and develop store-site management system.
8. Prepare standard overalls.
9. After the evaluation, the franchise certificate will be issued.

While the interested party decide to join Youwin Health and have become franchise operator, headquarter will provide the following services and assist the interested party to develop the business.

I. Operating Manual

A complete operating guide can help the new franchisee to establish a stable and cost-effective business. The operating manual includes:
1. Confidential and Commercial Information Integrated Operation Guidance
The new franchisee will get Confidential and Commercial Information Integrated Operation Guidance from headquarter. The content includes the composition plan, operating and testing fees, market and location requirement, and other business strategies and suggestions, etc.
2. Heath Doctor Training Manual
Staff training manual includes equipment operation, procedures for testing services, post conditioning procedure, formula description, product explanation, etc.

II. Training Courses for Medical Consultant

5. If franchise office wishes to add other advertisements, it should submit the proposals to headquarter first. The proposal has to be approved before the action is taken.
